I recommended IQ Option for traders. Here I got a fixed spread and many wonderful tools on the MT4 platform, which is the most effective and attractive for Options trading. So I can see some good service and I will be sticking with IQ Option.

Do not risk your money with IQ Option broker, stay away from this broker. I explain their execution is really slow, I was not happy trading with them. Also has bad customer service. I cannot recall how many times I've been scammed by this company. Their software will freeze up not allowing you to close your position. Orders will be filled at huge slips although the price wasn't volatile. My initial deposit is no longer left. My initial deposit was $1,500. Now it's not left in my account.

They couldn't help me at all with a simple issue and now I'm waiting for 3 weeks to receive a response about my $550 cancelled profit with EUR/JPY. I held the position for an hour and it was really successful, then I closed, and the next morning I saw the cancelled profit from the bill in my account statement. They are unable to tell me the reason, or there is no reason at all. Definitely, it's not reliable, especially when they promise to give you bonuses totally for free and then, they find all type of excuses for not doing it. When I asked about it, managers told me that I did some suspicious trades but. I hadn't even started to trade. Please, be aware.

They canceled my profit withdrawal without any reason from their part. The customer support wasn’t helpful at all and I surely won’t be investing any more money with this company. Unreliable and slow service. Once I had long delay with my money withdrawal from this broker and though finally I had my money back but I still feel not safe to trade with this broker. Very slow platform, slow service and high floating spreads and commission. All my strategies didn't work since I opened an account with them.

In terms of legitimacy, IQ Options surely passed on it. They are strongly regulated and they communicate with their clients well. The big problem is their huge trading fee. Even when trading a small lot size, the fee is still high which is already unreasonable. I closed my account at this broker because of this.

I have seen many good feedback about IQ Option but I still don't understand what they like about it. I had a terrible experience at this broker. I was always attended by a rude customer support representative and their platform malfunctioned frequently.

They are not professional. I didn't receive 100% of bonus on my first deposit. I know many people that had problem with them. I don't recommend. Do not invest money and time on this scam broker. They do not paid me my affiliate commission over 18000$ and they do not paid my customers, too, when they asked cash out of the profits. But in reality, I thought was wrong because after I joined IQ option, I always have difficulty when I asked to withdraw. They wouldn't allow their traders to withdraw until whenever. They will never respond you or everyone.

I must say that the trading environment is not favorable to beginner traders. Their low minimum initial deposit is very attractive to novices but the services that they provide do not blend well with the needs and capacities of beginners. Honestly, I don't think it is worthwhile to trade with this broker.

I say IQ Option is the perfect broker for scalping. I've used their MT4 platforms, where I get a solid execution. Also, their tight spread helps me too, even during the news time the spread didn't affect, so I haven't any tradings issue. Here I've shared my personal experience. Thanks to all
