Weltrade is an untrustworthy broker. The connection and execution are terrible. I have been stopped out of trades prematurely numerous times with no compensation offered by Weltrade. Auto updates on the MT4/Meta quotes platform only cut me from three swing trades yesterday. After a call to Weltrade, they tell me this error happens occasionally. Unbelievable! If this is the case where is my compensation? Customer service is dreadful and the audit form investigation team is automated. Greedy and unstable broker

Trading with Weltrade is not a pleasure. I have suffered from a terrible trading platform. I was using their MT4 platform, I couldn't close the order on my desired positions because their trading platform was hung. Their system executes trades poorly. There’s often requoting and I was also unable to close a profitable trade when it was winning, and as soon as it went down in the lows, it was closed with a substantial loss, of course.

I did not like my experience at Weltrade. The broker has a terrible trading platform. It kept crashing when I was still trading and the account balance that it displays always changes. I closed my account because of this and thankfully, they returned my money.

They delayed the processing of my verification because they requested more documents so I went back and forth to provide all of them and emailed it. But after 3months they denied my account application. I have to find another broker. I close my account in this broker soon. The platform doesn't have instant order execution, actually is very slow execution and thus losing money.

I guess it is not enough that a broker can provide a stable platform. This should not be the sole consideration when we choose our broker. With my experience at Weltrade, I realized the importance of great customer service. Yes, their platform is stable most of the time, but it still gets issues from time to time. And when it does, I am left hanging because I cannot contact the customer support. They are not able to assist us.

The minimum initial deposit at Weltrade was very low so I did not think much a lot when I opened an account. If things did not work out. then I only wasted a small amount of money. However, after opening an account, the company required to replenish right away. I haven't even started any trading activity yet, and they already want me to deposit more. Naturally, I did not oblige. But then, they closed my account and did not return the money.

I have preferred to trade with Weltrade brokers. This Stable platform gave me an opportunity to earn money in the market. I've got a Micro account and using their MT4 platform. I've found fixed spread and perfect order execution iso far. I want to Thanks, Weltrade broker given me this kind of professional service in the forex market

They do not execute or sometimes they execute well after it hit my past target price. Execution is very bad, they change rules without prior notification, orders are not filled and spreads are high. I didn't understand what happened to my trades I was about to add an order and all closed, I opened my trading history and could see that my trades got closed due to Margin call. It's weird. Not a good variant for long-term traders, cause price may differ if you leave your order open for longer time.

I decided to open an account at WelTrade because of their low initial deposit requirement. Since I will be risking just a small amount of money, I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, the trading environment of this broker is not very impressive. Their platform is terrible. It lags and even crashed frequently. Their customer support is responsive but they do not take action right away.

Perhaps,it's too soon if I give negative comment about this broker. But I only shared some bad events on my account. I have tried their system, and it's terrible. Their system have many failures, high commissions and high spreads. Not regulated and this is the reason why I decided to closed my account two weeks ago. I'm afraid to lose my money without doing nothing.
