I have been doting option trading with OptionFair broker. They are excellent broker I have ever been trading in the risky market. I never had any problem with leniency. I generally trade on major pairs and I made profit $231 just in one week. Recently I withdraw $200 through PayPal and it takes only two hours to process OptionFair broker are a really honest broker!

I have a bad experience trading with Option Fair. Last month I made a withdrawal request of $300. I waited for 2 weeks without getting any money, so I checked again by calling their support. When I got the money, I just realized that they charged me a big amount for the commission fee and they hide it. Really, they are not reliable, the withdrawal so slow, they hide commission also was very slow in responding to their clients. I decided to stop using this broker. I don't recommend this broker to trade.

After 3 months I joined OptionFair. I say that they are a bad broker. I was using their Mt4 platform, and it's always been tough with poor execution and low performance in the market. I called customer support when I got into trouble during my trading because of their bad platform, but they kept saying it was my mistake. I've never run into a bad broker until I joined them, I couldn't recover any losses and decided to withdraw the rest of my money, but they canceled my withdrawal request. They are really unprofessional broker. No more trading with them.

I did not like the performance of the trading platform of OptionFair. Despite the constant complaining about the issues in the platform, this broker does not seem to do anything about it. As a matter of fact, they have stopped responding to the concerns. The order execution is slow, and it is causing me to lose my money. Their list of trading instruments is not complete, and the website is not at all intuitive and user-friendly. The platform is difficult to navigate, and my pending orders are not always processed. I waited more than two weeks to withdraw my profits successfully. I wouldn't recommend this broker.

OptionFair is not fair at all. They have been giving us terrible services but they do not want to admit that the problem is on their end. They keep passing onto us the blame, saying that our device or internet connection are probably unstable.

I'm not happy to trade with OptionFair. They have delays in executing my orders. Many times I got the same problem. I always got a different position when I was about to place my order. I have told the support team, but they just simply ignore it and no exact answer of all my questions. Because of them, I got loss more than $400. The platform is also showing errors repeatedly. I can't trade with them anymore, so I closed my account. They are not a reliable broker.

OptionFair already offers a great trading platform with low trading spread. But they are still lacking in the Forex education department. Their materials are not very comprehensive and they don't offer a systematized course or lessons. They also conduct webinars rarely.

I'm saying that Option Fair has the worst customer support ever. I was trading with them, and suddenly the platform hung when I was about to put my order, and it takes a lot of time to be back. But I have no idea how. Once the platform back, I lost half of my deposit. I believe it's a kind of error and I thought they would refund my money because I did nothing. I have called customer support and told my problem, but the disappointing answer is they told me that they are not responsible for my loss. I mean, at least give me a clear answer and tell me how it's happened. But they keep telling me that they are not responsible. I'm so guilty to joined them, and they are true Irresponsible broker. I advise all traders who want to join them, better think twice. I would like to stay away rather than lose money.

OptionFair used to be a great trading broker. I used to trade smoothly on their platform because it was stable. But recently, I am having a lot of troubles because their platform frequently lagged. There were also bugs sometimes which the company said they would fix but until now is still not resolved.

I started to trade with OptionFair not so long ago but I have to say that I am very surprise by their well organized option trading platform. I started with option trading with $350. I checked all trading conditions and order execution and everything is running first-class. Therefore, I deposited $500 more and succeeded to double my account balance very fast. On 15th December I made withdraw of $400 through Skrill and I received it 2 hours latter without any fees. So based on my experience till now I recommend OptionFair both hands.
