I haven't even been here for a week, so I stay away from this broker. IT Invest has stolen 3-4 pips from all my profitable positions. I'm trading an ECN account and apparently all my trades need to go 3-4 pips beyond my take profit level before they close out. Typically trades will be closing out just 0.2-0.5 pips or so beyond the take profit level to cover spread. However, IT Invest is profiting and extra 3-4 pips from every profitable trade I make. I would like to warn everyone using IT Invest. This broker is so bad and they are flat-out stealing from traders.

Last month they cancel my profit of RUB 35150 trading during economic news release but did not cancel my loss of RUB 20520 trading during the same period. I was unable to close all my open trades, I contacted them and I asked them to help in closing the positions, which they promised to do. They never closed the positions until my account got wiped off all. This broker is just a waste of money and time. So that I'm really uncomfortable and worry about this broker.

The trading platform of ITinvest is stable, I have no complaints against that. The main problem is their high trading fees. I don't want to pay more than 15 pips in every trading transaction. That is just unreasonable.

I just stop my trading with this broker. The website is neat and I enjoyed their daily analysis and learning tips. But the platform suddenly disabled, I even not being able to make the process of trading. I had deposited about $350 and after trade 20 lots, I have profited $290. The execution of deals is slow and their services are poor. The fees are too high, the platform always crashes, and the customer support does not always respond.

Do not waste you money on ITInvest. I traded with them for a month and I decided to close my account right away because their trading environment is terrible. I have experienced malfunctions in the platform several times and it has affected my trading activities.

TBH, I was very disappointed because I also referred my friends here and they invested a lot of money. I don't know how to face my friends in case they would encountered such problem. They don't offer a good support for clients. Platform suffers from several slippages all the time, so there is no way to generate earnings. I decided to close my account because this Forex never approved all my withdrawal requests since last month. So you never got succeed anytime.

Choosing ITinvest as my first broker was a wrong decision. This broker is terrible. The only good thing with this broker is the low starting capital but when it comes to the trading experience itself, you will not gain anything. The fees are too high, the platform always crashes, and the customer support does not always respond.

I am pleased with ITInvest for last two years. I have been trading in an account by the advanced IT Invest's platform, where I got accurate pricing without any re-quotes. The order execution almost Instant by the EA, I have almost 100 automation trades with an EA but I never got any problems in the platform. My EA works well and all orders execute in the right position. In Manual trading my SL or TP fine where I set on the position and never Disobedient to me. I can withdraw my profit via NetTeller within 4 hours. So I say the ITInvest are a professional broker.

During the past two months I have been uncomfortable trading with this broker. They are not like the first time I joined. They can not provide a service that should they give it to me. They are also very visible irresponsible. I have not received my money. I have send several email but they did not responding me.I don’t rely on this broker anymore and still looking for better broker.

The trading activities at ITinvest is definitely great. The platforms are all working in good condition and the fee is low. They also have great choices for trading instruments. The problem is that their customer care is a little disappointing. They take a long time before responding and sometimes, the message just gets ignored.
