This broker is a pure scam and their customer support team is trained in a way to send the copied answers to all clients. My Ironfx account 22056842. I request my withdrawl on 11 March 2015 amount USD5,000; and it had been 37 days already The withdrawl status is still waiting for processing, I received email: “Dear Client, Your account is under investigation for potential irregular activity”. Then, I ask Ironfx, how long they will take to investigate my account? They cannot give me a deadline and all emails are unanswered from them. My account manager just had sent me a message stating that he is leaving the company, so he cannot handle that much pressure of clients asking for withdraw of their funds. I am not sure that when this company will be stopped by Cyprus Authorities. Thus, this broker is a big question mark on Cyprus Authorities and I am sure that Investors will think 1000 times before opening an account with any broker regulated by Cyprus Exchange Commission. My huge investment is struck with this fraud broker and I cannot see anyway to get the money back.

the bastards will not process my withdrawal and will not answer my emails. I have been trying for 2 months. Don't even think about funding with them.

I have been trading with IronFX for quite a while now and just caught me by surprise as I was very carefull at the begining deposit very little money as I was reading bad reviews and I was very hesitate. But everything is working fine since day one, no issues with the execution or withdraws so far. Great support team, available when ever. the only thing which can be consider as a con is that you can withdraw profits through bank only

I initiated a withdrawal on my client's portal on IronFX.com on June 7th, 2016, up till now my withdrawal has not being approved, l have placed several calls to the company's funding department, no one is picking, I have sent several mails to the company's emails, no reply!
Each time I contact their agents through live chat, am told the withdrawal is on queue, and they don't know when it will be my turn! How long will this take!?
I sent a message to IronFX on Facebook and all they could do was to block me on Facebook! Is this how they treat their clients!?
IronFX is pure scam right now! I learnt from an insider that the company is about going bankrupt and another company wants to buy it, on the condition that they pay off all outstanding withdrawals but as I can see now, they don't have any money to pay anyone. Am looking for the right authority to report them to.

This is the worst broker to trade in forex market. They don't respect your orders and positions in trading platform and its platform freezes all the time and it has requotes all the time.

IronFX is a very expensive broker to invest with. They have a lot of hidden fees that could drain your account. All the information written on their site are not properly implemented. I also heard that this broker do not pay their clients last year and I was very thankful that my friends warned me. To be honest, I was about to deposit my money here. Thanks to my friends who are concerned.
