I can't trade smoothly with Interactive broker's Workstation trading platform, because sometimes I can't open or close my position due to the hang issue. Recently I had lost $120 for their high spread, besides their payment service is the worst part of my trading experience so far, As I have failed a dozen withdraw via bank transfer. So I am fed up with their unprofessional service in the market.

Interactive has an amazing services. All of them are profitable and quiet easy. The trading system of this company is not perfect but I can say that it's good and safe for the newbies.

They widen the spreads. They screw people when they want to close positions and they also make life hell before they send back any money to anyone.

They offer an excelente educational material , and website is very easy to use, but their first deposit is excessively high, as well as spreas. So is not a broker to any trader that is a anewbie, just for the ones who have a big risk appetite.

Interactive Brokers has good and quite interesting website and is recommended for all trader to share and learn in this forum site. This broker has good content, and knowledge is informative, useful about how to be success in forex trading.

I don't like the services they offered this year because it's nothing. They had a lot of unprofitable services. They newly launched program provided by this company is useless.

Customer support’s service is poor. Their staff is obviously not qualified and they behave rude with their clients. It seems that they’re only after your money and when they can’t get your money, you’re no longer as important.

I don’t like Interactive Brokers. Their server down before big news, minutes after I open two positions. I sent several mails regarding this issues but they did not replied me yet. Bad customer service. This is the second time . The first time their server down before the big news also.
