I currently have a trading account at GCI Financial. Honestly, I am a little disappointed with their trading platform and spread. When I was still using a demo account, the platform worked smoothly, and the spread remained at a low amount. But after switching to a live account, the platform has become faulty, and the spread goes up more than 10pips. It's really hard to trade with their platform. The platform is also shaky and even sometimes hangs. Now, I am still waiting for my money to be transferred to my account and after that, I won't continue to trade with GCI Financial.

GCI Financial became popular in our area because of their bonuses. People have started investing in them because of the blinding offers. I also opened an account but lost everything within just two months. Their trading platform is terrible and their fees are too high. Overall, this broker services are disappointing. They also prohibits trading method that could help traders. The SL and TP are nothing because it won't trigger correctly where the slippage is about 6.7 pips. I don't want to continue my trading with them. So I closed my account.

It's so uncomfortable trading with GCI Financial. Their platform is the worst platform I've ever traded with. I lost $155 in single trade due to their worst execution and insane spreads. Their system is also down often, and it takes time to be fixed. Their customer service is also very ignorant and not helpful at all. I couldn't trust my trading to them, and I decided to close my account at this broker. It's only wasting money and time here. For traders who want to join this broker, it's better to think further.

I have been trading with GCI Financial for about three months already. So far, I am experience a lot of technical issues in the platform. It is very disappointing because I expected to have a smooth trading experience.

I had to close my account with them due to slow order executions and a slow withdrawal process. I don't like to trade with them because it's only a loss of my money. Also, their withdrawal process is so slow. It takes more than 2 weeks to get the money after I send a withdrawal request. Their customer support is also useless and not helpful at all. They are not a reliable broker, and I can't trust this broker. That's why I had to close my account at this broker.

GCI Financials charges high trading fees. As an investor, I want to be able to make my trades with minimal cost. But this broker is not allowing that. I don't think I will be trading with this broker for long because I am not able to maximize the experience.

I had been trading with GCI Financial for five months. Their spreads are ok, and order execution is normal. But the main issue for me is their awful high withdrawal fee. Their withdrawal system through Perfect Money is too much costly. My last withdrawal was $600, and I received $500. They took $100 as a transfer fee! Just imagine a $100 fee for a $600. My advice, avoid this broker at all costs.

Trading at GCI Financial is not worthwhile. I had an account with them for three months and I had to close my account because their spreads are too wide. Aside from that, their platform often gets technical errors. Trading activities are just always interrupted.

I am using GCI Financial for five months now I am fully satisfied with their services. Their execution is so fast and flawless. On my major pair trades I got1 pips spreads even on high impact news events and they not charge any kind of commission. Only issue is that withdrawals are little bit slow. My last withdrawal of $500 processed 2 days later. Overall, I am very satisfied with GCI Financial.

My experience trading at GCI Financial is unworthy. I'm a day trader and I could see that their execution is worst, slippage always happens, and their trading conditions are bad, it's really affects my trading activities. When I finally got a large profit of $500, I made $400 withdrawal request but they didn't process it until now. I have called customer support and they keep telling me to wait. It's really wasting my time. It's been a month, they keep me waiting with no money.
