I feel uncomfortable trading with Gainsy. since last month I suffered a substantial loss from the amount of profit I got last time. I tried to ask their side, what should I do so that I would not again experience a loss of nearly $200. My first deposit is $250. for me it is quite a large amount. to this day I still cannot WD because the balance in my account is not enough to do WD. Now, I am looking for another broker.

I’m so disappointed trading with Gainsy. They provide the worst platform which has slow order execution, there’s often requoting, and I was also unable to close a profitable trade when it was winning, and as soon as it went down in the lows, it was closed with a substantial loss even last week I lost a big amount of my money in a single trade. It’s really hard for me to gain a profit since I trade with them. They are not a reliable broker, and I decided to close my account at this broker.

The trading process until the withdrawal of profit at Giansy broker is running unsmoothly and not on time. The quality of this broker isn't good. I'm not happy with Gainsy broker since I lost a big amount of money here due to their slow executions. I don't want to continue my trading here, it's only wasting my money.

Although the minimum initial deposit at Gainsy is very low, you will still need to add more funds after a few days because you cannot survive with such a small capital. Especially when the spread at the broker is variable.

After 5 months I joined them, I can say that Gainsy is not a good broker. They take a lot of time for withdrawals and deposits to process and they can make me wait for a reply for several days. I thought they would fix it and would make changes, but they didn't. When I called their customer support, they kept saying it was because my network connection was bad and the system I chose was the problem. Still, the reality is I never faced a bad connection when I asked for withdrawal or deposit also, I always use the same payment system for other brokers and never get into trouble out of it. They just don't want to admit that the mistake is on their side or their system, so they can say the responsibility isn't on them. I'm very disappointed, and I decided to close my account here.

Gainsy is definitely generous when it comes to offering bonuses. Even I was attracted to it and it was the reason I opened an account with them. But the problem is that after I was given a bonus and after using it on my trades, the company would suddenly deduct it from funds. They did not give any reason as to why they did that.

There is no enjoyment trading with Gainsy. I have experienced their terrible trading platform with the worst order executions. I always got different prices when I was about to close the order. And then, their spread is floating, and requotes often happens. I got slippage, and it's really affecting my trading journey. I will never continue my trading with them.

I opened an account at Gainsy with only $20. It is great that they require a very small amount to be able to start trading. However, they still need to work on their platform because it gets bugs a lot of time and it affects my trading activities.

I decided to stop trading with Gainsy broker. I don't like their trading conditions, they are also taking a big fee for withdrawal, and I think they also take a hidden commission. They charged me $8 from my withdrawal amount. Their platform also not that good. Sometimes the system down, and it takes a long time to be fixed. Customer support is not supported, they are useless because they won't fix our trouble soon. No more trade with them. I'm moving to another broker that has a low commission fee, especially for withdrawal.

I am a professional forex trader, I have been with GAINSY for more for months. I have to say that the service is excellent the account manager is always very helpful and approachable. when I get an issues I call him and he give me best advice. Currently I am using their GAINSY trading platform which is very convenient for me. I am also extremely pleased with the deposit and withdraw methods – payments are made immediately and without a delay. GAINSY is reliable broker and I can recommend.
