I had to close my account, but I want my money immediately returned. Finam is very bad and I'm sure all traders hate this broker. All the trading instruments of this company do not have a fixed spreads. I hope they will reduce it once more. I couldn't refer my friends with them because of this. I had 5 months to join with this broker, I didn't feel any profit but only feel many losses. Three months ago, I won a contest with sizable bonus for the prize. But until now the parties of them couldn't be confirmed and seemingly didn't concern me. They just give a promise to immediately process it but until now I didn't get anything from them.

I won't recommend Finam broker to anyone. I've lost there a lot of money. They are not doing anything for their clients besides saying it's all the client's fault. Last week, I lost a big amount in single trade due to slow executions on the platform and hung for a minute. Sudden closed of the platform also happened. I've sent a report regarding that problem many times, but they are ignoring me. You all, avoid this broker. They are an irresponsible broker, and not professionals.

I want to share my trading experience at Finam broker. I have faced many problems since I'm trading with them. Their platform has delayed executions, the system down too often, and I have faced a slippage during my trading. Their support team is also useless because they can't answer my question immediately, and they always take a longer time to fix my trading problem. It's really wasting time to trade with them.

Finam is great if you are a beginner and you just want to practice your trading skills. The company does not require a huge capital so it is really suitable for beginners. However, as a professional, I am looking for more advanced tools which the company is not able to provide.

I have been trading with Finam broker, and I don't feel satisfied with this broker's service. The trading platform is unstable, and it's not easy to use. The most uncomfortable thing, order execution is very slow and not sent as I wish. Spread is increasing, and the clear cut system is not applied. This broker not always update news and information and discuss term and condition with his client frankly. So sometimes changes happen without notification. Finam broker is not a reliable broker for me.

Finam became popular in our country but after some time, complaints started to emerge as well. Good thing I did not invest on the broker but many of my friends did and I have heard about all the issues that they encountered. As it appears, the broker did not have good quality trading services especially the platform which always malfunctioned.

I joined Finam broker since 7 months ago. 5 months running, there was no issues at all. Everythings was going properly. But, on the 6th month, when I wanted to withdraw my $500 profit, but my trading account has somehting wrong. They couldn't give me the causes of that issues. They kept saying that my document was not qualified to do the withdraw. I decide to stop my trading here. So I lost my $500 profit. And I would never join to this broker anymore.

Let us not be tricked by tempting offers. Finam promised that they will provide great trading services but after opening an account and depositing money, I realized that their claims were not true at all. I started trading and the platform was too shaky to let me make a decent trade.

I tested Finam for 3 months. I was invested $360 and star trading with them. As I am a scalper, this the finest broker for me. Had open short on USD/CHF pair during the last Fed Chair Powell Speaks, the orders was flawlessly executed although I entered a second after the release, managed to earned 74 pips with 2 lot. TP was triggered properly with 12 pips positive slippage which was also credited to my account. Their platform is ideal for news trading. Now, they are under the regulation of Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, I feel confident invest more with them.

I don't know what's wrong with my account but recently, there has been a lot of glitches in my client portal. My account balance kept changing even though I am not doing any trade. I already reported it to the support team but I don't know if they are doing something about it now. I can't make a trade now because I don't know anymore how much I really have in my account.
