Windsor Brokers is a terrible broker. I deposited around $700 and when I wanted with my fund, their finance department does not process my request. Their support team was not responding to my emails or calls. I had made a profit though but now it seems they are a total fraud and I wasted my hard-earned money. So take my advice if you want to save your money don't trade with Windsor Brokers.

I have been trading with Windsor Brokers for a month. I can say that it's only wasting time trading with them because their system is down too often and it takes time to fix -sometimes more than 15 minutes- and of course, that situation really gave me a chance to lose my money. Once I made a withdrawal request, they processed it within a week. That many delays they gave and made me wait with no money. It's really wasting my time. I decided to close my account and stop using this broker for my trading.

I am passing my worst trading experience with trade.com Broker. Because when I want to withdraw my rest invest of $125 through the Wire Transfer, they just cancel my withdrawal. I hared that they are market maker broker and they have no regulation in the market. You lose all your money, especially if they know that you want to withdraw, with one recommendation, you lose your money and fast, check them online, hundreds of complaints against them. In addition, their spreads are most of the time huge and incomprehensible slippage too. Therefore, it’s inconvenient for me to trade under these conditions.

For some reason, Windsor Broker had access to my contact details and started calling me on my phone. They kept convincing me to invest with them and even though I already refused multiple times, they still kept calling. If you ever get contacted by this broker, just ignore it.

I had a problem on their platform. As of now, the execution of my trade is not desirable anymore. It causes me a lot of troubles. I missed some pips. They did ignored my requests of withdrawal and about their delayed server. Therefore, I left them and find another better to invest. Very difficult to understand their rules. Please I need someone to explain it to me in a simple words. They never update the platform as well as the trading contests on their site. It is better for you to leave this broker as soon as possible.

The main problem with Windsor Brokers is their payment system. For some reason, their transactions are always slow. Be it a deposit or a withdrawal, there will always be a delay. They should fix this right away because this could be a reason for traders to leave them.

Since I am a beginner, it was very difficult for me to use the trading services of Windsor Brokers especially their trading platform. There are many complicated buttons which are just too confusing. Right now, I am still adjusting with the broker's system.

I am dealing with Windsors Brokers on their MT4 platform, which is the best option for making a profit by an EA. As I got the fastest execution and fixed spread, Beside their price chart is live and EA didn't fail any directions. I found the fastest payment service so far. As I have satisfied at Windsors Brokers.

Windsor Brokers is a regulated company so I am sure that they can be trusted. However, their trading platform is not that great. I have been using it for three months now and technical issues frequently occurs. They said that they will fix it soon but there is still no improvement.

This broker is not the worst but if you are planning to venture forex trading, I suggest that you look for another broker instead of this one. Sometimes the platform will freeze especially during economic event that give high impact on markets. When I want to withdraw all my fund with them via wire transfer, it took 3 weeks to complete the transaction. I just loss $200 and after I make some profit to cover my loss $400.
