Independent rating of Forex broker TradingBanks

TradingBanks support team is very rude and unprofessional. I trade mainly major pairs such as EUR/USD and USD/JPY. I find it difficult to trade because the platform has delays in execution for 5-10 seconds. I lost about $580 with this broker because of its super slow platform. I really thought that they would not leave their clients unattended. Apparently, I was wrong. So if you want to look for a broker for trading, please avoid these scammers.

TradingBanks is the worst broker I've ever traded with. I was so suffering when I trade with this broker, their MT4 platform crashed all the time and caused hang. It was hard to customize the platform, and their customer service was also unreliable and couldn't solve the platform quickly. So far, I am still waiting for the money I have wanted to withdraw since a month ago, and they haven't processed it yet. But after I get the money, I will definitely close my account at this broker. Don't trust this broker.

TradingBanks is one of the worst brokers I've traded in forex market. I joined this broker last year, and they make me disappointed so much. In the beginning, this broker makes me pleased when I traded with them. Thus, this broker always supports me, and I easily get profit from them. However, everything becomes bad when I put more money to invest in this year. My initial fund grew up to $1000 from $200 in last year. On the other hand, it’s only $200 in this year when I get many losses. In fact, I’m hardly to made profit when I trade with large amount of money. Therefore, I decided to leave this broker by closing my account, but they don’t let me do this. They require me continue trading or deposit more money. Finally, I lost rest money, and I realize that they are the bad broker. In addition, their spread is also expensive among other brokers, and the customer support is rude. Especially, the worst thing about them is that they seem to always be trading against the individual traders, and I always got losses in trading. At the moment, I’m going to find another broker to trade, because I don’t want to work with this scammer any more. Stay away this broker.

I invested the smallest amount at TradingBanks and I am grateful I did because the experience was terrible. The broker did not provide Forex education, and their platform often had issues. Making profitable trades was difficult when your platform crashes all the time.

I traded with TradingBanks for 8 months, and I was totally disappointed. I don't like the way they serve me. Their employees weren't respected me as a trader, all strategies that they recommend didn't give me some profit, all was wrong, all was made at a loss. I tried to contact their support team, but I get their poor attitude. And this broker took my $250 when I withdrew my money. I had contacted their support many times, but I just got nothing from them. It has been over 4 weeks, and they are not replying. I think I am scammed. I don't want to join anymore after being fooled by their offer. My advice, be aware of this broker, they are one of the worst broker that I have ever traded in forex.

TradingBanks is a cheater. They cheated me didn't give me my money. I have been trading with them for four months and earned a profit. Last month, I sent a withdrawal request but until now, nothing credit in my bank account. I have called them many times, but they ignore me. They didn't give any refund. All I gained in these four months is went to waste. To all traders, never trust this broker for your money. They will only steal it.

TradingBanks has both the good and bad aspects. I appreciate that this broker has a license which assures me that my funds are secured. However, their overall trading services are of poor quality. The trading platform often crashes and it interrupts my trading activities. I opted to close my account and thankfully, then released my remaining balance immediately.
