Independent rating of Forex broker RoboForex

I have been trading with RoboForex broker and I really faced a difficult time during the withdrawal. I had a common account with them and on top of that, I am not a scalper for which they would mind doing the profit withdrawal. They closed my account after 2 months and seized my complete profit including my equity and gave some unknown reasons in the email. I have been approaching to RoboForex with my complaint but they choose to ignore it. This broker really cheats their customers with false promises. I hope I can receive my deposit money soon. So I do not recommend them. I would not recommend this broker, and I wouldn't invest more money in it. The system often does not execute my SL and TP orders and it results in substantial losses from time to time.

The platform MT4 works with delays during the morning news feed when the New Zealand market opens. I join them because I still searching broker that are suit with my trading strategy but then they are not an ideal broker. Registration account takes 3 days to be able to run because of their verification that slow and complicated. For 3 month trading of course there is profit and loss that I have face but I manage to gain 30% profit a month and they slow in approving my withdrawal which takes a weeks. Leverage only 1:500 which for me it is not a good leverage since other broker can provide 1:1000 even more. Spread is variable but it start from 0 pip and this is not good spread because other broker can give me 2 pips fixed. I left them after 3 month trading and close my account and withdraw all the money and it took 2 weeks for them to transfer into my bank account. If you want join them considered again because there is not much benefit when join them.

I was using a scalping EA and when we all know speed is paramount to the success of any scalping strategy. Furthermore, my EA started showing that the connection to broker is too slow. Robo Forex has lack of professionalism, lack of expertise in the field, the customer service is way below normal standards. I'm not satisfied with the services offered by Robo forex. Many of those operators who answer the phone or email client with unfriendly and less to provide the answers and explanations are required client. Services are poor, not interesting, and customer support is not helpful. In my point of view, it's not a good broker.

Save yourself from losses. Do not open an account at RoboForex. The trading bot that they promise to offer does not work at all. They are only using it to attract clients but you won't get assistance from any bot once you have an account.

RoboForex is terrible. I traded with them for a few months and they claimed that they have a built-in Forex bot but I was never able to use it. The company made all kinds of excuses just to stop me from asking about the bot. In the end, I just had to close my account.

I am disappointed with this broker because, they didn't explain before closing my account. Before my account was closed, I had $3,495, but a few weeks later my account was closed, and they don't know why it happened. Even my initial deposit has also been empty and did not get a bonus also profit. I don't trust this broker as I lost a good amount of my money trading with it.

An employee from RoboForex contacted me to convince me to start trading with them. His offers were tempting but I just really did not have any money to spare on investment that is why I declined. He then told me that I don't need a lot of money to start trading. Honestly, I almost got swayed but I learned about the issues that other traders have been encountering before I decided to open an account. With that, I decided to just stay away from it.

I'm here just to give my opinion about this borker. I have been with this broker for 7 months. 6 months feels fine. In the past month, I felt there was something missing from this broker. And after I noticed, it turned out that the funds in my account were reduced by $ 900. Previously my balance was $ 2000. Two weeks ago I didn't make any transactions. But my balance is reduced. They also didn't explain anything to me.
