In 2012, S&P rating agency assigned a 'B-/C' credit rating to BCS Financial Group.
Acting as a broker, BCS provides access to stock exchanges of Russia and the United States. The company offers a wide range of financial instruments along with trading recommendations and advisory support. The financial instruments with BCS include Russian stocks and bonds, stocks of international companies and eurobonds, futures, options, and currency pairs.
BCS Forex ensures forex trading under the legal name of BrokerCreditService Cyprus Limited. The broker provides MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading platforms together with BCS OptionTrader web platform for options trading. BCS Forex gives an opportunity to use the most liquid financial instruments in trading such as currencies, commodities, Russian and foreign assets.
The major partners of BCS Forex are UBS, Credit Suisse, JPMorganChase, Deutsche Bank, ING, and MAN Financial.

I have been trading with BCS Forex with small account size but still I have requotes and off quotes. The leverage they have given me is 1:200 to 1:100. I complained everytime through mails and chat support. They always replies that they apologized for the poor services and they were fixing the error and lag problems. I still got requotes until now when i am closing my positions and the platform freezes a lot. I am now closing my account and will never trade with them any more.

BCS Forex is one of the worst brokers I have ever traded with. Firstly I lost money due to the constant slippage and slow execution, I lost about $400, I started to trade with this broker last year, and everything was good for me in the beginning. But after, I could see that just want you to put money, and then they start playing against the trader so we lose money.

I won't recommend this broker to anyone. I've lost there a lot of money. They are not doing anything and they seem to be not interested, besides saying it's all the client's fault. Last week, I've lost $380 in single trade due to slow executions on the platform and hung for almost a minute. I've sent a report regarding that problem, but they are ignoring me. You all, avoid this broker. They are an irresponsible broker, not professional.

BCS has low minimum initial deposit but their trading platform is terrible. Good thing I only invested $10 to see how their services are. I found out that the platform malfunctions frequently and I was not able to get back my deposit anymore.

Trading with BCS Forex for 4 months, it was a horrible and costly mistake. They refused all my withdrawal requests, and the customer support is not helping at all. When I wanted to close my account, they refused to close it. In the end, they hold an inactive account in my name, but they do not let me withdraw my previous earnings from it. I recommend everyone to consider other brokers because BCS Forex changes their withdrawal rules all the time in order to prevent their existing customers from withdrawing money.

BCS Forex promised to give a comfortable trading experience but there is nothing comfortable about a platform that frequently lags. Their services are just too poor and it is unfair to the clients because we can't maximize our trading experience.

The order execution is so slow and it is causing me to lose my money. I would not recommend this broker to anyone. Their list of trading instrument is not complete and the website is not at all intuitive and user-friendly. The platform is difficult to navigate and my pending orders are not always processed. I waited more than two weeks to withdraw successfully my profits and it's really wasting my time.

BCS offers various trading instruments and this is what I liked about them. I can choose which ever pair I want to trade. However, I was not impressed with their platform. Every time I use it, it will always lag or crash. I reported it to the company many times already but they did not answer. I am now thinking of closing my account.

Due to BCS Forex broker's poor service and bad platform system, I feel so disappointed joining this broker. Last month, I opened my trading account because one of my friends recommending this broker to me. He said this broker managed to recognize many traders by favorable conditions, a wide range of instruments, special offers, and personal client support. At the first time, all was going well, and I can make withdrawals and earn a profit of about 20%. But after making a more trading process, I couldn't make a withdrawal. I feel like they cheated me because they didn't explain this decision, and I don't get any notification about changes in withdrawal timing, so I can't make a withdrawal after my trading. I am still sending them my complaint email, and I hope they answer me. Because until now, no reply from them. It seems they ignore me.

I really like BCS Forex, as they offer very low spread 2 pips on major pair and also pleased with the services I experienced. They processed my deposits instantly. Have not have any misquotes or that sort of things. Their Live support works very quick and effective in communicating. I discover most mistake people do to find h genuine.
